to alter or demolish work at a later stage. 
Please also note that highly complex rules apply to conservation areas and listed buildings
– we have the knowledge to advise you on these added restrictions.
Although we do not have in-house architects or structural engineers, 
we can certainly recommend experts with whom we work with.
